Our FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION is only available for orders being shipped to US and Canadian Destinations which total more than $25.00 USD (after any discounts and before taxes).
Our Customers' Privacy is of utmost importance to us. All parcels are shipped in plain envelopes or plain boxes - depending upon the size of the order. On the Return Address, our Company Name is simply listed as Wonderland Avenue. In addition, we never detail anywhere on the package as to the contents of the parcel, only your address and our return address are shown - except in the case of International Orders where we list the contents as "New Clothing" for Customs Regulations. Inside, all orders are wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a seal and Thank You Card, then placed inside a shopping bag, along with your Packing Slip (which contains no product prices).
Orders received by 12:00pm EST, Monday through Friday are usually shipped out the same day that they are received. Orders received on Weekends and Holidays will be shipped out the next available shipping day. You will be notified by email if your item is on backorder.
Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email directly from our Shipping Department to confirm shipment of your order.

US & Canadian Orders:
US and Canadian Orders under $100.00 do not require a signature upon receipt and are delivered and left with your regular mail. If your mailbox is too small to accomodate the parcel, you will be left a parcel pickup card; or in cases of Community Mailboxes, a Large Mailbox Key will be left inside of your regular mailbox.

Your order may be subject to VAT, Import Duties and/or Taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Wonderland Avenue Intimates does not collect the VAT, Duties and/or Taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
