While we try our best to always make sure our website is up-to-date with our current warehoue inventory levels, sometimes an item does sell out faster than we can update our online store, resulting in a out-of-stock when a customer tries to order that particular item.
If an item(s) you ordered is temporarily sold out, we will immediately notify you via email of the backorder. When you receive our email, you may then choose to:
wait for the backordered item(s), or
ask for a refund for the item(s), or
ask for a store credit for the amount of the item(s), or
exchange the item(s) for something else of the same value.
We will not process your order until we have received your decision with regards to the backordered item(s).
IMPORTANT:
Canadian and US Orders - If your order contains backordered item(s), and you have chosen to wait for the backorder, we will ship the remainder of your order as normal. Then, once your backordered item(s) are in stock, we will ship the backordered item(s) to you FREE OF CHARGE via Expedited Shipping.
International Orders - If your order contains backordered item(s), and you have chosen to wait for the backorder, we will hold your Entire Order until all items are in stock before we ship the order to you.
In addition - for your inconvenience - we will enclose a Special Free Gift with your Backordered item(s) when it is shipped!
