To Return Or Exchange An Item:
Step 1:
Carefully package the item(s) to be returned and enclose instructions indicating if you would like a Full Refund, Store Credit or an Exchange. If you want an exchange, be sure to indicate which item(s) you would like your original item(s) exchanged for.
To ensure we are able to process your return, enclose one of the following:1. A copy of your original packing slip, or
2. A copy of your order confirmation email, or
3. The name and address of the original purchaser.All garments must be in their original and unwashed condition with all Merchandise Tags attached (where applicable). Sorry, but due to Health Regulations, there are NO Exchanges or Returns on WORN or SOILED merchandise.

Most returns are processed within 1-2 business days after being received at our warehouse, but please allow up to 5 Business Days.
Once your returned item(s) are received at our warehouse, you will receive an email from us to confirm receipt of your returned item(s), and to confirm your Full Refund, Store Credit or Exchange (whichever you had indicated as your preference). Exchanges are shipped out via Regular Post.
